Learn how to crochet while chatting, laughing and sipping alongside your friends! This event is ideal for Stitchers with little to no crochet experience. We will give you all the tools necessary to be able to start a crochet project all on your own.
Location: The Sandbox, 70 Audubon Street, 2nd Floor (between Whitney Avenue and Orange Street) - New Haven, CT 06510
You will learn how to:
- Make a slip knot
- Make a chain
- Work a single crochet stitch
- Work back and forth in rows of single crochet stitches
- Fasten off
- Finish neatly by weaving in the yarn ends
- And more!

- 1.5 hours of live instruction and demonstration in a group setting
- All supplies including yarn and crochet hook (feel free to bring your own)
- Glass of wine and snacks

Note: If minimum enrollment is not met, you will be given the option to upgrade to a private lesson or receive a refund for your registration less a $2.76 processing fee.
Stitchers must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcohol.
