Our Homeschool Crochet Program introduces students to the art of crochet through engaging, hands-on instruction that blends creativity, mindfulness, and practical skill building.
Designed for homeschool learners of varying ages and experience levels, students will learn foundational stitches while developing patience, focus, and confidence through project-based learning.
During this 5-week session, students may explore:
- Crochet hook handling and yarn basics
- Foundational stitches and stitch patterns
- Reading beginner crochet patterns
- Color and texture exploration
- Wearable and functional crochet projects
- Creative expression through fiber arts
- Math and sequencing through stitch counting
Crochet is an excellent creative outlet that supports concentration, fine motor development, and stress reduction while building a lifelong skill.
